Terms & Conditions

Webbrains Tech – Training & Internship Program

By enrolling in the training and internship program at Webbrains Tech, every candidate agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

 

Demo Session & Enrollment

A demo session may be provided upon request before final enrollment. Post-discussion and understanding of the course, candidates are expected to make an informed decision before enrolling.

Non-Refundable Fees

Once the candidate enrolls in the program, the fees paid are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances. This applies even if the candidate discontinues the course midway, as the decision to enroll is made after full disclosure of course details.

Payment Completion

Candidates must complete full payment as per the agreed schedule. No certificate, internship letter, or placement support will be issued to any candidate who has outstanding dues or partial payment.

Attendance & Participation

A minimum of 85% attendance is required to be eligible for the internship certificate or completion certificate. Active participation in projects, tasks, and assignments is expected.

Disciplinary Actions

Any misbehavior, lack of discipline, or violation of institute policies can lead to termination from the program without any refund or certification.

Use of Institute Property

Training materials, content, systems, or any intellectual property shared during the course are for learning purposes only and must not be duplicated, sold, or misused.

Placement Assistance

Placement support will be provided only to candidates who successfully complete the course, clear the internal evaluations, and meet the attendance and behavior standards.

Change of Schedule

The institute reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or change the course structure or timings if necessary. Candidates will be informed in advance.

Certification Eligibility

Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of:

  • Full payment of fees
  • Completion of all modules
  • Satisfactory performance in assessments
  • Good conduct and behavior

Legal Compliance

All candidates are expected to follow legal and ethical behavior. Any illegal activity or fraud attempted during the program will result in immediate expulsion and legal action.
